About the Recipe
Cool and velvety, this dip combines dairy richness with sharp garlic and herbs — the perfect creamy balance to melted cheese and spice.

Ingredients
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons of buttermilk (or regular milk mixed with a bit of lemon juice)
1 garlic clove, finely grated
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill (or ¼ tsp dried)
1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
½ teaspoon chopped parsley
¼ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
A small squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
Add garlic, herbs, onion powder, and lemon juice.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Chill for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
🥛 Serve cold as a dip for warm Bandera-style flatbread, or use as a drizzle for wraps and grilled vegetables.
