Golden Vineyard Fruit Medley is a minimalist yet radiant fruit composition designed to evoke the warmth of a Mediterranean harvest table — crisp, sweet, and full of natural perfume. Serves: 4–5 guests Ingredients: •6 plump black or Brown Turkey figs, quartered lengthwise •2 ripe Bartlett pears, thinly sliced into elegant slivers •1 cup green seedless grapes, chilled •2 tbsp wildflower honey •1 tsp fresh lemon juice •½ tsp crushed fresh mint leaves •Fresh mint sprigs for garnish •Cocktail picks or bamboo skewers Method - Assembly — The Vineyard Ritual: 1.Infuse flavor: In a small bowl, whisk honey, lemon juice, and crushed mint until the aroma blooms. Set aside. 2.Compose the base: Place grapes across the platter as an organic bed of color. Arrange pear slices leaning gently over them, like petals opening. 3.Crown with figs: Place fig quarters upright on the opposite edge, showing their ruby interiors. 4.Glaze: Drizzle the prepared honey-mint glaze lightly over the fruit just before serving. 5.Flourish: Nestle a few whole mint sprigs in the center to bring balancing coolness and vibrant contrast. 6.Serve elegantly: Add skewers to each fig or pear section for effortless, bite-sized enjoyment. Mood pairing: Perfect for late morning brunches or outdoor picnics with chilled prosecco, fresh goat’s cheese, and soft background jazz.
